soo, I just returned from a listing appointment for a small horse farm North of Zionsville. Wow! what a place. I was thoroughly impressed with the home, lot, etc. Also, I feel the List Price I suggested will result in a happy seller getting what he wants for his home that he only purchased 4 years ago AND a quick, easy sell. This was a refreshing experience b/c lately it seems like I am telling sellers how much money they will have to bring to closing :(
